We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beunshakable,co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items Items from our [Sale]collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Your Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
